Produced by Chazz Hill Hayr (The Rabble, Flirting With Disaster) this is the first single from Selfhood's debut full length record, which will be released late 2014.

This year has seen Selfhood rack up more live experience under their belt, between supporting international heavyweights Neck Deep and State Champs, to travelling cross country for shows, Selfhood have begun to build up credibility within the local music scene, and the international music scene.

From this, the band have started to create tighter and more formulated songs. This is the first track to be released from the debut album.
